To reach the historic centre of Rome, both by day and night, is very simple; in fact, just outside our main gate, there is a bus stop that will take you to all the main historical and artistic attractions in Rome – like Piazza di Spagna, Piazza del Popolo, the Trevi fountain, etc. If you want to visit Saint Peter's basilica or the Vatican Museums, then with the urban train that stops at Monte Mario you can reach them directly, and in very little time.

From the Monte Mario area guests can reach the historic centre by day and night buses which reach Piazza Venezia, from where the Colosseum and the Fori Imperiali is only a five minute walk, otherwise guests have the possibility to stop at Piazza Augusto Imperatore, and walk along the Via del Corso, and Via Frattini area where the shopping is world renowned.
I f your intention is to visit the Vatican Museums and the Trastevere where the famous Porta Portese market is held on Sundays, then Guests just have to arrive at the Monte Mario station (only 800m from the Casa di Asa) and board the FM3 urban train that will take them four stops down the line to the San Pietro station, in front of the Basilica, or a stroll to the Trastevere.
I was forgetting to mention that the Monte Mario area, and particularly the part in which we are situated, is dominated by residential villas of the early 900's, immersed in tranquil greenery, where all the necessary services are available, form supermarkets, family run restaurants where authentic Roman cooking is still served.
