Built in the twenties, this villa is located on an area of about 400mq and it has been recently renewed and divided in four apartments. Well furnished it allows our guests to spend a pleasant and comfortable holiday in Rome only 6 bus-stop from the Coliseum. At disposal of our guests we offer a parking area for cars and motors, a common green relax area equipped with chairs and tables. All apartments have an independent entrance, a private terrace and a well furnished kitchen. All of them are located on the ground floor.

The villa is divided in 4 independent apartments composed of a living room with equipped cooking area, single or double sleep sofa, double bedroom, bathroom and private terrace. According to the type of the apartment they may accommodate from a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 5 persons.

Our structure is a new opening in Via Tiburtina 476, right in front of the Italian TV De Paoli Studios, in a very quiet and central position which allows you to to go around by bus, metro or taxi. You can reach Tiburtina Station and Metro (900m far) in 10 minutes walk or you can get a bus in front of our entrance and reach them in only one bus-stop.

A complete transportation network out of our entrance assures you a quick transfer to any place, 5 minutes by bus to Tiburtina Station and Metro and 10 bus-stops to the Coliseum.

In the surrounding area there is a great variety of shops, supermarkets and restaurants.
