Sunny Venice is a pretty house into the heart of Venice, in the district of San Marco, few minutes walk from the mythical Saint Marco's Square and 100 metres away from the famous Museum of Palazzo Grassi.
The location of the structure, next to the centre of the city, is a very good starting-point to visit easily the enormous cultural and artistic heritage of Venice, distinguished by a romantic and unique atmosphere.

The house, completely restructured, is distributed in two floors, and has elegant and precious furniture. It is equipped with everything is necessary to give your holiday unforgettable, with the special feeling that only your own house can give you.

At the ground floor there are a very typical entrance, a completely furnished kitchen with fridge and oven, a bathroom and a spacious living-room with the Tv and a double sofa bed.

At the first floor, furnished with parquet, there are two spacious and bright double bedrooms, and a bathroom where you can relax into the hydromassage bath.

The house is settled in a comfortable area, easy to reach every historical sights of the city, and next to typical restaurants and pubs, that can offer you a lot of possibility to have fun during the day or in the night.

HOW TO REACH US
By plane: from the Marco Polo airport you can easily reach Venice in 20 minutes with the shuttle or line buses that arrive until Piazzale Roma. From the bus stop then you can reach the structure in 15 minutes with the vaporetto with the lines number 4 or 82 (Saint Samuel's stop).

By train: the structure is only 10 minutes away from the railway station S. Lucia. You can take the vaporetto with the lines number 3, 4 or 82 and stop at Saint Samuel.

By bus or by car: if you come in Venice by bus or by car you must stop at Piazzale Roma. Then you can reach the structure in 15 minutes taking the vaporetto with the lines number 4 o 82 (SaintSamuel's stop).

Sunny Venice offers to our guests mineral water, coffee, tea, biscuits, juices, soft drinks.
On request and paying you can have in few minutes the best italian wines and typical talian products.
At our guests' disposal there are dépliants and city maps, indications about the services in the near, an artistic and cultural calendar, indications about the best museums and the most important things to do in Venice.
If your stay is longer than 6 days, we'll provide for house cleaning and linen change.
